Music Scholarships For Students
NOTICE: These scholarships are for undergraduate Music Majors!

The Associated Male Choruses of America, Inc. (AMCA) was established in 1924 to promote interest in, the performance of, and appreciation of male chorus music. The AMCA Scholarship Fund is one of the public service functions of the AMCA. The scholarship fund was instituted to assist promising college music students.
The AMCA Scholarship Fund was established (1973) in memory of AMCA Executive Secretary (1945-1965) Guy Stoppert. After accumulation of the necessary funds, the first scholarship awards were made for school year 1980-1981. Funds are accumulated through special gifts to the fund and through general collections at Big Sings from the men of AMCA.
Awards started at $200 per recipient and are based upon the performance of the accumulated funds base. Recent awards have been for $100 - $1200 per recipient.
