The first group of notices regarding the Scholarship Program have been sent out to all Governors and/or District Governors. Feedback suggests that not all recipients are equipped with Microsoft software and, therefore, cannot 'read' this information. To that end these various documents have been converted to PDF files. These are essentially universal in nature and can be opened, read and printed by all who receive them.

     It is planned that the original document packet will be re-sent to all on our distribution list, except in pdf format. With this batch will be the next group of documents that include Sponsorship papers and Student Application forms.

     The Scholarship Committee is stll looking for volunteers from all districts and choruses for the task of Applicant Evaluation. Anyone interested should contact the Chairman directly. A standard form - for all to use has been developed to help in this process, and to make the evaluation as objective as possible. It is felt that each district needs to be represented in this evaluation process.

     The various forms that are being distributed are all sent via e-mail. This does significantly reduce administration and therefore AMCA costs. Recipients can copy the pdf files and distribute them within their choruses and their communities.
