Report from Directors' Meeting - (Oct 2002)
Pam Burkhardt - Jamestown has 10 new members. Talked about number of adjudicators at Big Sing. Guidebook says 2, some use three. Discussed using 4 for future sings. Would like to recommend $300 for adjudicators. Directors would like to see guidebook.

Big Sing Repertoire deletions Sing Out, Rejoice; Soon and Very soon; Hallelujah, Amen; Moonlight (early retirement. )

Additions: Stout Hearted Men; Man from LaMancha; I Hear America Singing; Bring Him Home (Early addition.) Oh Canada to be retained for now.

Rochester Director wants Governors to discuss use of adjudicators and possibly extending adjudication to Sat Morning.
