Friday Evening Adjudication Concert
The Adjudication Concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 25 at Peace Reformed Church (Nicols Rd between Diffley and Cliff Rds). Participating choruses are Blandin, Clark County, Eau Claire, Staples and Eagan.

Saturday Morning Events
A Sight Reading session will be held Saturday, April 26 at 9 a.m. (refreshments available 8:30), also at Peace Church. The Augsburg Centennial Singers will provide entertainment.

The Ladies Luncheon will be held at the new *Community Center in Eagan Central Park, starting at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26. Entertainment will be provided by the Eagan Women of Note. Transportation for the ladies will be provided by hotel shuttles, as well as transportation to/from the Mall of America following lunch.

The Directors and Accompanists Luncheon will be held at the Hilton Garden Hotel (Cliff Rd and I-35E) at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26.

Saturday Evening Events
The Big Sing concert will be at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church (Johnny Cake Ridge Rd and McAndrews Rd) in Apple Valley, MN. at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26. This concert is open to the public and tickets are $10 each, $5 for students. Seven of the Upper Midwest District choruses will be participating: Blandin, Clark County, Eau Claire, Eagan, Knights of Columbus, Maennerchor (Cold Spring) and Staples. Individuals from non-participating choruses have been invited to participate in the Mass numbers.

An Afterglow for the participating singers and their guests will follow the concert. It will be held at the *Community Center in Eagan Central Park.

* ... the Community Center is behind (to the northwest) the Lockheed Martin facility at the corner of Yankee Doodle and Pilot Knob Rds. An official address would not help because it's the only building on a new road (Central Parkway) that borders the LM plant on the north and west, but nobody knows where Central Parkway is.

... Note (DT): With the "emergency" status of this Big Sing and with the limited time available for communication, I expect that only a few items will be available on the web site. I'm not sure if items like the Massed Music List or the list of choruses attending will be displayed here. You may have to use your telephone a bit. Check back at times though in case Paul and/or Roscoe and/or Dave Campen do send some things to you via the web site.

Paul has mentioned that two (maybe three) choruses, in addition to Eagan, have indicated intentions to attend this event. (12 March 2003)...
